Who We Are

Who We Are

We are a dedicated team of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), therapists, and support staff committed to helping children ages 2–21 on the autism spectrum thrive, working alongside hundreds of families throughout North Carolina every single day.

Our Mission

Our mission is to provide every child with personalized, evidence & assent-based ABA therapy that builds meaningful skills, empowering them to grow, communicate, and reach their full potential at home, in school, and in their community.

Our Belief

We believe every family deserves a therapy partner, not just a provider. Behind every diagnosis is a parent who wants to see their child succeed, and that belief is at the heart of everything we do.

What We Do

Our team of highly skilled therapists understands that every child with Autism Spectrum Disorder is unique, and we are committed to meeting them exactly where they are.

What We Do
What We Do

Using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), we work one-on-one with each child to build meaningful skills across communication, behavior, and daily living.

We create a personalized treatment plan tailored to your child's unique strengths and needs, with goals designed to make a lasting difference in every area of their life.

What We Do

What is ABA Therapy

Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is a scientifically proven approach to understanding how behavior works and how the environment shapes it. At Aspire, we practice evidence & assent-based, neuro-affirming, and trauma-informed care, meaning we respect each child's voice, celebrate neurodiversity, and approach every session with compassion and sensitivity.

Our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) observe and assess each child's communication, social interactions, and behavioral patterns to develop a clear picture of their individual needs. Using proven techniques, we work to reduce challenging behaviors while building essential skills including communication, social interaction, and independence, always at the child's pace and with their full buy-in.

ABA therapy is widely recognized as one of the most effective treatments for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, with decades of research supporting its ability to create meaningful, lasting change in the lives of children and families.

The Way We Do It

Our approach is simple but powerful, we meet each child where they are, build a personalized plan around their unique needs, and work alongside your family every step of the way. Every technique we use is evidence & assent-based, rooted in decades of research, and designed to create real, lasting progress in your child's daily life.

What families
are saying

When my son was diagnosed at 2, I spent weeks crying and searching for answers online. A friend recommended Aspire and from the very first phone call something felt different. They were patient, kind, and walked us through every single step, insurance, the assessment, everything. Seven months later my son is communicating, laughing, and thriving in ways I honestly wasn’t sure were possible. Aspire didn’t just change my son’s life. They changed our whole family.

Jennifer M., Charlotte, NC

We had been on waitlists with two other providers for almost a year before we found Aspire. They got us started within days. What surprised me most was how much they involved us as parents, we weren’t just dropping our daughter off and hoping for the best. We were learning alongside her every single session. Sixteen months later she is in a mainstream classroom. I never thought I’d be writing those words.

Marcus & Tanya R., Mt. Airy, NC

I’m a single mom and when my son was diagnosed I felt completely alone. I didn’t know how I was going to handle the insurance, the appointments, any of it. Aspire took all of that off my plate from day one. His therapist came to our home every single day and the bond they built is something truly special. My son used to struggle with basic daily tasks, now he does them independently and with confidence. I recommend Aspire to every parent I meet who is just starting this journey.
